Who is Saint Giovanni? (Chapter 4)

Hey guys! I can't believe another week has come and gone! And we're already up to chapter four! Several of you have requested longer chapters, and I haven't had a chance to look into that yet. Now, don't raise your pitch forks when I tell you this, but Chapter 4 is, coincidentally, the shortest chapter in the entire novel, aside from the preface. That's a little ironic, don't you think? Regardless, I hope you enjoy!
(Have you read the previous chapters? If not, look to the right sidebar for the chapter archive)

Click the outer edge of the book cover to turn the page. ENJOY!

A little ironic, indeed! Lol.

This is a great chapter, even if it is short. It's all adding up to an amazing mystery. Eeeeee--I can't wait for next Monday! (This is definitely one of those books I'd stay up late into the night reading, if I could :D)

Wow, what a nice thing to say, Kristina! Thank you:)
AHA!...the plot thickens... the mark disappeared? Was it really there or not?....the gun!...who did what with a gun? ....awaiting next Monday ;)

I really like Carla. I like the way she is protecting her cousin. And she has a fun if somewhat flaky personality. She interjects a little lightheartedness into this dark story.

Carla is one of my favorite characters. She is also the easiest character for me to write.
I like the short chapters personally, because I know I'll have time to read each week. Not that I wouldn't mind reading it in one sitting though. : p

I kind of agree with you, Casey. If I were reading along on another blog, I would want to keep it short. I don't want to overwhelm people with busy schedules. I think I'll try to keep each post to 12 pages at most, and then if people are really itching to read it all in one sitting...they can buy it for .99 cents in a month or two hehe. Thanks for reading along!!
i agree with casey.
until now i'm not to fond of reading e-books anyway, but i hope i will get used to it more and more, as i have a i-pad now... =)

i'm very curious about the opera!

I'd love to have an ipad!! Does it make reading these installments easier?

I love the opera scene. It's coming up next!! :)

A gun? A GUN?? Eeeee, I want to know what she was doing with a gun! You're very good at dropping hints of backstory to keep readers interested :)
